Sausage Bean Bake

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 lbs loose sausage (I do two regular one hot)

  • 2 medium onions chopped

  • 1 cup celery chopped

  • 1 can hot chili beans

  • 1 can pork and beans

  • 1 can kidney beans (drained)

  • 1 can waxed beans (drained)

  • 1 can butter beans (drained)

  • 1 can green beans (drained)

  • 1 can tomato soup

  • 1 6oz can tomato paste

  • 2 tbsp ground mustard

  • 1 cup brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add sausage, onions and celery to a large skillet under medium high heat. Cook until onions and celery are soft and meat is browned and crumbled.

Add tomato paste to meat mixture cook until fragrant.

While meat is cooking, combine all other ingredients into slow cooker. Add everything from the skillet into slow cooker stir until completely mixed.

Cook on high for 4 hours stirring occasionally.
